Our FSC and PEFC Chain of Custody certification are the latest proof of efforts to reduce our environment impact. Via these systems, wood-based products are traced all the way from managed woodlands around the world, throughout the paper purchasing chain, to the customer.
Our quality management system has long complied with ISO 9001, and we now have certification against ISO 14001. By the end of this year we look forward to combining the two systems and having one "streamlined" combined management system, supported by effective processes that are regularly audited.
Our print operation uses vegetable-based inks, aluminium printing plates are recycled, our chemical waste is managed and its disposal carefully controlled, our plate maker is chemical free and uses no water and landfill waste is reduced to a bare minimum.
